Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan, from the date of order confirmation.

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders, nationwide — no minimum order value required. The delivery charge you see (if any) at checkout will always be Rs. 0.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation call or SMS once your order is on its way, along with tracking details where available.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience and peace of mind.

Delays
While we aim to deliver within 3–5 business days, deliveries to remote areas or during high-demand periods (such as sales or public holidays) may occasionally take slightly longer. We'll keep you informed if there's any significant delay with your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via SMS or email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
